1 General Terms & Conditions

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All bonuses and promotions on 266bat are subject to specific terms. Please read the conditions of each offer carefully before claiming any bonus.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once at the time of the first deposit.
• To withdraw bonus funds, a wagering requirement of typically 10x to 30x must be met.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules must be strictly observed when placing bets on 266bat. Violations of these Terms may result in account termination.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Odds posted before a match begins are subject to change; the odds at the time the bet is placed are final.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 266bat reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Placing opposing bets on the same event (arbitrage betting) is prohibited.
• For live betting, bets may be accepted or rejected due to network latency.
• Maximum bet limits may vary depending on the game and event.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited under 266bat's Terms and Conditions and will result in immediate action:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Exploiting the bonus system to gain unfair advantages.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Using automated bots or software to play or place bets.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Attempting to hack the 266bat system or breach its security.
• Attempting to verify an account using false identity or fraudulent documents.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

266bat reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violating these Terms and Conditions.
• If evidence of suspicious or fraudulent activity is found.
• Submitting false information during KYC verification.
• If your account remains inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Where the account holder has requested self-exclusion.

If a valid balance exists at the time of account closure, 266bat will return those funds after verification (this does not apply in cases involving prohibited activities).
